One-on-one counseling is sometimes known as “medical nutrition therapy.” We help our clients prevent or treat nutrition related medical problems. You can contact us to set up an appointment or ask your physician for a referral.
We see clients for a variety of concerns and conditions, including but not limited to:
Diabetes or pre-diabetes
High cholesterol/ Triglycerides
High blood pressure
Pediatric and adolescent nutrition
Women's health issues (PCOS, menopause)
Pregnancy, postpartum care, and lactation
Vitamin deficiencies and supplement uses

GUIDED GROCERY STORE VISITS
The grocery store can be an overwhelming place! Our dietitians will guide you through your favorite store to help you choose the best foods for you, your family, and your budget.
Nourished Lifestyles is currently offering Telehealth appointments (e.g. HIPPA secure video conferencing). All you need is a smartphone or computer.
Upon request, our team is also offering in person sessions. For in person sessions, special safety protocols will be reviewed prior to your first visit.
