LESLIE OUELLETTE-TODD, MS, RD, LD, MPH

Leslie is the owner of Nourished Lifestyles and has been a dietitian for over 10 years. Her expertise are in teaching individuals and families how to eat healthy on a limited budget, and she is passionate about supporting women in achieving body acceptance and focuses on the non-diet approach. REBECCA SPRAGUE, MS, RD, LD

Becca's goal is to help clients realize that healthy eating doesn't have to be restrictive or boring! She supports following an intuitive eating approach to help clients establish a healthy relationship with food and their body. JACQUELINE STEVENS, MS, RDN, LD, CLC

Jacqui has been practicing in Maine since 2012 after completing six years of further education in the subject. She has worked with people of all ages and genders and her passion lies in working with the perinatal community. Jacqui is a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice, and a member of the International Baby Led Weaning Network for Registered Dietitians. Jacqui runs her own nutrition practice, Home Grown Nutrition, which partners with Nourished Lifestyles to increase access to care through accepting insurance plans. Learn more about Jacqui here.
Ryanne Haskell, RD, LD

Ryanne has been a Registered Dietitian since 2014 after completing five years of further education in nutrition and dietetics. Ryanne has worked in a variety of settings within the nutrition field, such as nutrition research, food service, clinical inpatient, outpatient nutrition counseling and private practice. In addition to providing one-on-one nutrition counseling at Nourished Lifestyles, Ryanne also provides nutrition education and counseling to young adult residents at Cornerstones of Maine. Ryanne has a holistic, non-diet approach and believes that nutrition is one of the major contributors to a healthy lifestyle and to overall health and wellness. Learn more about Ryanne here.
Sarah Loring, MS, RD, LD

Sarah has always loved food and the way it brings people together. Her goal is to help people find food freedom and build a healthy relationship with food. There are many conflicting and complicated messages around nutrition and she is determined to help simplify it all. Sarah is passionate about working with people and has chosen to begin her career providing one-on-one nutrition counseling.
