Becca has always been interested in how the foods we eat affect our mood, energy, and overall health. Many people are overwhelmed by all the nutrition misinformation they encounter. Her goal is to help clients realize that healthy eating doesn't have to be restrictive or boring! All foods can fit and no food needs to be off limits. She supports following an intuitive eating approach to help clients establish a healthy relationship with food and their body.  This way, clients are better able to make lasting changes that are sustainable and stop the chronic dieting. 

Outside of work Becca enjoys baking (still trying to find the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe), reading, and spending time with her husband and daughter, especially at the beach!
