Sarah is dedicated to helping individuals and families create healthier, more balanced relationships with food. Her approach is all about making nutrition practical and accessible, whether that means adopting mindful eating habits, crafting personalized meal plans, or developing strategies to navigate specialized diets. Sarah offers a weight-neutral approach to health, focusing on overall wellness rather than the number on the scale.

In addition to general nutrition, Sarah provides neurodiverse-inclusive support, catering to both children and adults. She understands the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals, and offers tailored strategies for sensory-friendly meal planning, food exposure, and executive function support. If you or your loved ones are managing ARFID, selective eating, ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent conditions, Sarah is able to offer the tools and support you need. Sarah’s goal is to empower both individuals and caregivers with knowledge, guidance, and compassion to help create a positive and sustainable relationship with food.

In addition to providing one-on-one nutrition counseling at Nourished Lifestyles, Sarah also provides hands-on cooking instruction at a transitional living program for young adults. In her free time, Sarah enjoys cooking, hanging out with her pets, hiking, going to the beach, and watching a good TV show.
