Group Nutrition Programs
Our team of Registered Dietitians is currently offering two online group nutrition programs:

Intuitive Eating Program
An Anti-Diet Approach to Nutrition
This program is for people who are confused about nutrition, think about food all the time, or struggle to feel comfortable in their bodies.
​
Join our next group starting April 27th, with sessions running Tuesdays at 4pm.
About this program:
This is a 6-week program in which participants will meet weekly via video conferencing. It includes two individual sessions and six group sessions. Each session will last about 75 minutes and cover topics related to the Intuitive Eating Approach to Nutrition.

Topics include:

Learning why diets don’t work
-
Recognizing and trusting biological hunger and fullness cues
-
Understanding how emotions relate to eating patterns
-
Finding sustainable ways to move your body
Where this program takes place:
This program is run virtually, so all you need is a computer or smart phone to participate in the online sessions.
When this program takes place:

Program participants will meet one-on-one (virtually) with their group dietitian prior to the first group session. During this initial meeting, you and your dietitian will review the course, discuss individual goals and look over a roadmap for success.

The group sessions will meet weekly, starting in April 27th.
Cost
Your insurance may cover the cost of this program. We can call and confirm your coverage. We are in network with the following carriers: Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, and United Healthcare.

The out of pocket cost of this group is $349. This includes the two individual sessions and six group sessions, all of which are for 75 minutes each.

Diabetes Education Program
This program is for people who are pre-diabetic and could use a bit more support. Or for individuals who are newly diagnosed with Diabetes who are struggling with lifestyle changes.

This is a 6-week program in which participants will meet weekly via video conferencing. It includes two individual sessions and six group sessions. Each session will last about 75 minutes and cover:

How to balance your diet to optimize your blood sugar

Finding sustainable ways to move your body & the importance for controlling blood sugar

Understanding Diabetes and treatment

Learning to cope with stress, depression and other concerns that can impact your blood sugar numbers
